Housing Now summarizes local housing starts, mortgage rates, economic indicators, new home prices, absorption rates and unsold inventory by intended market; may provide topical analyses of economic and demographic developments. Published monthly in larger urban centres and quarterly in smaller local markets (including a semi-annual Forecast Summary report). Quarterly reports on some provinces are also available.
