Abstract
This publication assembles detailed data tables from CMHC's Consumer Intentions to Buy or Renovate a Home survey of Canada's major markets. The tables present numerical breakdowns of responses to survey questions. Respondents are asked about the type, size, location and price range of homes, details about planned renovations, as well as motivations, barriers, and the preparatory steps they have taken. Information is further classified by demographics, income, family size, tenure and location.
