Please read the following before you access the "Application for Copyright Clearance on Government of Canada Works" online service

Provision of the information requested on the online form is voluntary. We will use your personal information to respond to your request for copyright clearance on Government of Canada works. Application information may also be shared with other government departments if your inquiry relates to these departments for review and decision.

The information collected is described in Personal Information Bank of Public Works and Government Services Canada, number PWGSC PPU 150, and will be retained until the retention and disposal schedule is determined and then disposed of accordingly.

Your personal information is protected under the federal Privacy Act, which states that you have the right to access your personal information and request changes to incorrect information.
