Contains selected decisions of the Federal Court and Federal Court of Appeal. The Federal Court hears legal disputes arising in the federal domain, including claims against the Government of Canada, civil suits in federally regulated areas, and challenges to the decisions of federal tribunals. The Federal Court of Appeal hears appeals from the Federal Court and the Tax Court of Canada and determines applications for judicial review from some federal boards, commissions, and tribunals.
