Metrics and benchmarks of status for Pacific salmon Conservation Units (CUs) have been developed under Strategy 1 of the Wild Salmon Policy (WSP). A progress meeting was held at the Pacific Biological Station 18-19 October 2012 with the goals to explore differences in CU assessments that have occurred (or may occur), understand the rationale for those differences, and identify a consistent way forward, where appropriate.
