The objective of this report is to outline the results of the annual workforce analysis, identify areas of underrepresentation in the four designated groups (women, Aboriginal peoples, persons with a disability, and members of a visible minority), summarize the achievement made by the organization over the past year in the area of workforce diversity and employment equity and propose an action plan to address the identified areas of underrepresentation.
