This response to the Heritage Standing Committee affirms the federal government’s priorities for the Canadian Feature Film Policy, as well as other federal audio-visual policies and programs. The response has two themes: enhancing Canadian Feature Film Policy, which expands on the Government’s commitment to building on the success of the policy and making improvements as necessary; and Aligning the Audio-Visual Policy Tool Kit, which deals with the wider implication’s of the federal government’s involvement in audio-visual activity.
