Canadian policy against doping in sport: CH24-9/2004

This policy aims to promote doping-free sport in Canada and for Canadians; to ensure harmonized, coordinated, and effective anti-doping measures at the national and international level; and to respect the rights of individuals and organizations through appropriate and fair procedures. It lists roles and responsibilities, including its application to sport organizations and to individuals. This policy is consistent with the principles of the Canadian Sport Policy as endorsed by Federal-Provincial/Territorial Ministers Responsible for Sport, Recreation, and Fitness.
