This Departmental Memorandum updates D10-14-30, dated August 20, 2004. The memorandum explains the Canada Border Services Agency’s policy for the tariff classification of medicaments, including natural health products, based on jurisprudence of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal and the Federal Court of Appeal.
