This notice announces regulatory amendments and a new regulation proposed by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) in support of the implementation of the Canada-Jordan Free Trade Agreement (CJFTA). It is further proposed that these regulatory amendments and new regulations come into force on October 1, 2012, on the condition that the Governor in Council makes them.
