"Sisson Mines Ltd. (the proponent) proposes to develop an open pit tungsten and molybdenum mine, ore processing facility, and associated infrastructure (the Project) approximately ten kilometers southwest of Napadogan and 60 kilometers northwest of Fredericton, New Brunswick. The Project would operate for an estimated 27 years at a mining rate of 30,000 dry metric tonnes per day. The Canadian Environmental Assessment Agency (Agency) has evaluated the Project’s potential to result in significant adverse environmental effects. This Comprehensive Study Report (the Report) presents the Agency’s evaluation of those effects, which has taken into account technical information provided by the proponent, advice from federal and provincial experts, and comments from First Nations and the public"--Cf.
