"This report presents the findings and conclusions regarding the relevance and performance of the Boating Safety Class Contribution Program (BSCCP) over the five years spanning 2008-2009 to 2012-2013, to fulfill the requirements of section 42.1 of the Financial Administration Act. The BSCCP provides funding to organizations involved in boating safety or recreational boating, to increase boating safety awareness in Canada. Its objective is to influence attitudes and behaviour in a manner that would ultimately reduce injuries, fatalities and property damage caused by recreational boating accidents"--p. v.
