In order to support the delivery of the Federal Infrastructure Investment Program (FIIP) on time, scope and budget, PCA had to develop and implement various organizational structures (branches, governance committees, etc.), to increase organizational capacity on several fronts and to establish new business processes adapted to this initiative. The objective of the audit was to provide assurance to Senior Management that governance, risk management and control frameworks are in place to support effective management of the investment planning program, as well as the delivery of projects from an operational perspective.
