"The present study was commissioned to explore the issue of apparent affordability problems among residents of social housing projects with a specific focus on measurement methods. Its purpose was to examine the accuracy of responses to questions used in previous surveys to assess household income and shelter costs and determine the origin of any systematic inaccuracies."
