"The Administrative Report of the 1976 Census has been produced in four parts. ... Part 1 (Catalogue 99-850), made up of Chapters I, II and III, which cover the numerous activities which took place in the period leading up to, and including the early stages of the taking of the 1976 Census. Part II (Catalogue 99-851), comprising Chapters IV, V and VI, contains information on various aspects of Regional and Head Office processing, as well as on the budget for the 1976 Census. Part III (Catalogue 99-852), which includes Chapters VII, VIII and IX, outlines the 1976 Census data processing, data evaluation,and publication programs, and also gives information on the dissemination of the 1976 Census data. The Administrative Report Supplement of the 1976 Census, which is the final part (Catalogue 99-853), includes reproductions of the various forms used in carrying out the 1976 Census, detailed explanations for the particular content of the main questionnaires, and a list of basic procedural definitions. ..."--Foreword.
