"The Environmental Assessment Panel has reviewed a proposal by Eldorado Nuclear Ltd. to construct a $100 million uranium refinery at a site near Warman in the Rural Municipality of Corman Park, 23 km northeast of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. The refinery would process uranium concentrates produced at Saskatchewan mines. The product, uranium hexafluoride, would be exported from Canada"--Exec. Summary, p. 3.
