Detailed examination of municipal accessory apartment regulations in Canada: NH18-23/2016-1E-PDF

Municipal bylaws commonly regulate the development of accessory apartments by means such as limiting the size of the suite, who or how many can live in the suite, locations either by building type or zoning designation and/or making approvals conditional or discretionary"--Introd., p.
