Report on investigation - the lobbying activities of Trina Morissette .: Lo5-3/11-2017E-PDF

"On December 23, 2014, the Office of the Commissioner of Lobbying received a letter from the Secretary General and Chief Executive Officer of the Canadian Red Cross (CRC) regarding a possible breach of the Act by a person who had been employed by the CRC. That letter identified four occasions on which the person in question had lobbied on behalf of the CRC “…before the fact of her non-eligibility was discovered through an internal review.” The CRC identified four dates upon which that person had lobbied the federal government in 2014. Subsequently, in January 2015, the employee was identified as Ms. Trina Morissette."--Background, p. 7.
