"The National Wetland Conservation Fund (NWCF) is a five-year (2014 to 2019), $50 million investment to support wetland conservation activities in Canada. This application-based initiative provides funding to a broad range of groups for projects related to wetland restoration, enhancement, stewardship and scientific assessment or monitoring. The NWCF is one of seven components of Environment and Climate Change Canada's (ECCC) Habitat Conservation Partnerships (HCP) Program. This report presents the findings of the evaluation of the NWCF.
