"The dispersion of organochlorine contaminants into Lake Ontario by the Niagara River plume was examined on seven occasions in 1982. Water samples for organic contaminant analysis were collected from within a 12 X 40 km rectangular sampling area at a depth of 1m. Simultaneous measurements of temperature, specific conductance and % light transmission were made"--Abstract.
