"The objective of this analysis is to update the estimate of mortality outcomes attributable to air pollution in Canada based on the best available science and data. Estimates of morbidity outcomes associated with air pollution are also provided, with all estimates presented at both national and provincial and territorial levels. In addition, an economic valuation of health impacts is presented. The method described here is considered to be comprehensive and appropriate for the Canadian context"--page 6.
