Atmospheric concentration of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH) in Greater Vancouver / D.A. Faulkner.: En57-45/85-1E-PDF

"Concentrations of atmospheric PAH were measured at two sites in the Greater Vancouver region. One site was in the downtown core of the city, the other at a rural site on Westham Island. Hi-vol samplers fitted with polyurethane foam (PUF) plug back-up traps were used. Although PAH were detected in the samples, the concentrations appeared to be in the low range as compared to values measured in other cities. Recommendations for further monitoring are made"--Summary.
