"This third Progress Report covers the work done during the period 1 April - 30 September, 1974 on Contract No. OSU4-0076 between Queen's University and D.S.S./Communications Canada. The work is being conducted by a multidisciplinary team from six disciplines and is aimed at a study of the feasibility of dynamic modelling as a possible tool in the evaluation of the impact of telecommunications on a region or community.
