"The potential for adverse effects on amphibians from exposure to anthropogenic contaminants has been receiving greater attention in recent years due to global declines in amphibian populations. Although comprehensive ecotoxicology reviews of amphibians have been published, assessing risk to amphibians on contaminated sites remains a challenge, and technical guidance is limited. This FCSAP document is an ERA technical guidance module that provides information to help risk assessment practitioners assess amphibians at federal sites while identifying uncertainties that may be associated with an amphibian ERA"--Scope of module, page 1.
