A weed survey was conducted in Manitoba in 1994: a) to determine if the differences in weed populations exist among zero and conventional tillage systems in Manitoba; b) if differences exist, to determine the nature and extent of those differences so that Manitoba farmers are better prepared to make weed management decisions for their own crop production systems; c) to evaluate the differences in management practices between conventional and zero tillage systems in Manitoba by means of a producer questionnaire.--Introduction
