5203 |aStock Assessment surveys of the sea cucumber population in British Columbia have been ongoing since 1998. Between June 2009 and May 2010, six surveys were conducted to provide managers with population density and biomass estimates, as well as recommendations for no-take reserves and commercial harvesting. The relative abundance of red sea urchin, green sea urchin, and geoduck were also measured and are presented.
