Securing an open society - one year later : progress report on the implementation of Canada's national security policy : CP22-77/2005E-PDF
This policy articulates national security interests and proposes a framework for addressing threats to Canadians. It addresses three core national security interests: protecting Canada and Canadians at home and abroad; ensuring Canada is not a base for threats to our allies; and contributing to international security. Securing an Open Society: One Year Later describes progress in implementing a number of initiatives identified in the National Security Policy, as well as several other national security enhancements.
