SamKnows analysis of broadband performance in Canada, October & November 2015 . : BC92-89/2016E-PDF
The Canadian Radio-Television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) has commissioned SamKnows to conduct a study of the performance of broadband services sold to Canadian consumers. SamKnows is a global leader in broadband measurement and has been working with governments, ISPs, content service providers, application developers, consumer groups, and academics to accurately measure Internet performance since 2009. In doing so, SamKnows has built a global Internet measurement platform, which now spans five continents and conducts many millions of measurements each day. Data presented in this report was collected between 1st October 2015 and 30th November 2015.
