"This reference guide describes the Canadian Environmental Assessment Agency’s (the Agency) administrative policy and approach for the recovery from proponents of costs incurred when environmental assessments (EAs) are conducted by a review panel under the Canadian Environmental Assessment Act, 2012 (CEAA 2012). The purpose of this guide is to provide proponents of designated projects that are subject to an EA conducted by a review panel with a description of the services and amounts subject to cost recovery and the Agency’s approach for the implementation of cost recovery in relation to EAs by review panel"--Cf.
