The First Nations and Inuit Home and Community Care Program (FNIHCC) provides basic home and community care services to First Nations communities and Inuit settlements which are designed to be: comprehensive, culturally sensitive, accessible, effective and equitable to that of other Canadians, while still responding to the unique health and social needs of First Nations and Inuit.
