5203 |a"Box-Cox transformation models are fitted to estimated proportions associated with a binary response variable. The survey design is taken into account by adjusting the standard chi square (x 2) or the likelihood ratio (G2) test statistic. The methods are applied to some data from the October 1980 Canadian Labour Force Survey (LFS). Comparisons are made to a previous analysis of the same data utilizing logistic regression models (Kumar and Rao, 1984)"--Abstract.
