Like our printed reports, CMHC has copyright of the new Electronic reports. Your subscription is subject to the following terms and conditions relating to the provision of the information in electronic format. By opening up the electronic report files you are accepting the terms and conditions of the electronic subscription.

(a) All information and materials, including without limitation text, images, data, graphs of the subscription ("Priced Products") (collectively, the "Content") are owned or controlled by CMHC, which retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Content.

(b) Users of the electronic subscription reports shall be entitled to make one hard copy of the Purchased Products for their own personal use but may not republish, display, create derivative works from, transmit, sell, reproduce any Content, including the Purchased Products, in any manner, including electronic reproduction by "uploading" or "downloading," or in any way exploit the Purchased Products or any portion thereof for any public or commercial use without the express prior written consent of CMHC.

(c) Should you wish to make more than one hard copy of a Purchased Product or make one or more electronic copies for any purpose, including distribution within an organization, you shall first obtain the written consent of CMHC.

(d) All copies made pursuant to this Agreement shall bear CMHC's notice of copyright.

(e) You shall not use any trade-marks, official marks, unregistered trade-marks, logos, or other identifiers of CMHC without the prior permission of CMHC. In addition, you may not use our trade-marks or official marks:

(i) in, as, or as part of, your own trade-marks or those of any third parties;
(ii) to identify products or services that are not those of CMHC;
(iii) in a manner likely to cause confusion;
(iv) in a manner that implies inaccurately that CMHC sponsors or endorses or is otherwise connected with, your own activities, products and services or those of third parties; or
(v) in any manner that disparages or discredits CMHC.

(f) The Purchased Products and Content are protected by the copyright and trade-mark laws of Canada, international conventions, and other applicable laws.

(g) CMHC may send notices to you regarding the product or subscription you have purchased.
