Retirement savings through RPPs and RRSPs

Abstract

This report is produced from data supplied by Revenue Canada which provides information on retirement savings through registered pension plans (RPPs) and/or registered retirement savings plans (RRSPs) from 1991 to 1997. The data make it possible to identify the characteristics (age, sex and income) of taxfilers who did and who did not participate in these programs.
