Details the results of the analysis on the estimated shipment-weighted average unit energy consumption, in kilowatt hours per year, of the six major household appliance categories shipped in Canada (i.e. refrigerators, freezers, dishwashers, electric ranges, clothes washers and electric clothes dryers). It also provides data on the annual distribution of shipments by unit-energy consumption range for the six types of appliances during the same period.
