Citizen's guide to mining in the NWT, 2010 : R2-321/2010E
Intended to provide the reader with background information on the Northwest Territories’ minerals industry and to explain the various stages of the “mining cycle” that are required to create a successful mining project. Also discusses some of the external factors that affect the success or failure of a mining operation and provides information on the benefits derived from each phase of the cycle and how they are distributed.
