This report explains the use of these warrants, which are the instrument for obtaining supply when Parliament is dissolved for a general election. The report explains the requirements for warrants to be issued, then details warrants by federal organization for the period of the first fiscal year and then for the period in the second fiscal year. Unlike reporting for previous periods when the use of special warrants spanned two fiscal years, this report combines reporting on both fiscal years.
