Pipeline services survey results .NE12-9E-PDF

"In June 2004, the Board established an annual Pipeline Services Survey as a means to obtain direct feedback from the shippers of ten major NEB-regulated pipeline companies on the level of service provided by those pipelines. The survey was also used to obtain feedback from shippers on the Board’s performance in implementing its regulatory role with respect to tolls and tariffs. The results of the survey are to be used as a Goal 3 measure to help determine whether Canadian transportation markets are working well."--May 2005 Introduction.
