BlackRock Mining Project : comprehensive study report : En106-129/2014E
BlackRock Metals Inc. (the proponent) is proposing to develop an iron-titanium-vanadium mine with an annual production capacity of 12.4 million tonnes of ore and 3 million tonnes of iron and vanadium concentrate. The purpose of this comprehensive study report is to provide a summary of the analysis conducted by the Agency to determine whether the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
