“The first report of the Office of the Ombudsman for Mental Health (the Office) of Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) sets out its activities for the period from February 6 to August 4, 2017. This first report has three objectives: to raise employee awareness of the Office as an additional mental health resource in the Department; to report on key achievements of the Office and provide initial observations; and to provide recommendations for improvement and the measures that the Office will put in place”--p. iv.
