"The NCC, led by its Board of Directors, plans, initiates and implements major works and capital investment spending decisions on Official Residences. This update to the 2018 Official Residences of Canada: Asset Portfolio Condition Report, presents the state of the Official Residences Portfolio (the Portfolio) managed by the NCC as of January 2021 based on an in-depth assessment of selected key assets, completed in early 2020, as well as the re-evaluation and adjustment of the 2017 data, published in the 2018 Report"--Executive Summary, pages 3-4.
