"This study, commissioned by the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC), presents the comparative analysis of the international mobile wireless roaming (IMR) rates of Canadian wireless service providers (WSPs) and eight international counterparts (Australia, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Mexico, the United Kingdom, and the United States). Networks, Economics & Strategy Inc. (NE&S), in partnership with T3i Group LLC dba Tarifica (Tarifica), conducted the study and prepared this report. The study involved collecting and analyzing IMR data such as the rates and usage for voice (call) minutes, text messages, and megabytes (MB) of data, taking into consideration market share. …"--Executive summary, page 7.
