"This project is Phase 3 of a multi-phase research program undertaken by the Congress of Aboriginal Peoples (CAP) to better understand how housing conditions affect the socio-economic outcomes of Indigenous people living off-reserve (see Congress of Aboriginal Peoples & Big River Analytics Ltd. [2020; 2021]). This research aligns with the Indigenous housing priority area for action as part of the National Housing Strategy"--Page [1].
