Forensic Laboratory Services annual achievement report, 2002-2003 : JS61-4/2003
This is a report on the achievements of the FLS during 2002–03. An integral part of the RCMP National Police Services, the Forensic Laboratory Services (FLS) is responsible for conducting analyses of physical evidence in connection with police investigations anywhere in Canada. The report discusses the FLS’s new model of service delivery; work in areas such as service awareness and community safety; and ongoing initiatives in R&D, quality, health and safety, and balanced scorecard.
