Presents the government's estimates of planned spending, which are submitted for Parliament's approval. Part I explains overall government spending by broad policy area. Part II presents expenditures by department, agency, and program. The estimates are primarily intended for members of Parliament but are also useful for those interested in specific Canadian government programs or financial management and accountability in government.
