Two cohorts of Mytilus edulis (L.) were sampled from seed lines in St. Peter’s Bay, P.E.I. and culled using either elevated water temperature or air exposure. The objective of this study was to determine if the survivors had a detectable increase in heterozygosity from the selective treatments.
