2001 national overview – National Pollutant Release Inventory : releases.: En49-16/3E-PDF

This report gives an overview of the National Pollutant Release Inventory (NPRI), including additions and other new information for 2001. It provides data related to on-site releases in the air, in water, and on land; lists the 25 NPRI pollutants released on site in the largest quantities in 2001; and notes which industrial sectors released the largest quantities of NPRI pollutants in 2001. A bibliography provides various government and Web references, as well as contact information for other resource agencies.
