A compendium of mostly financial data about Canadian cooperatives, based on information collected by provincial governments and the Canadian Annual Survey of Cooperatives. It includes information about financial cooperatives (including insurance cooperatives, credit unions, caisses populaires, and trust cooperatives) and non-financial cooperatives (including producer cooperatives such as agricultural cooperatives, consumer cooperatives such as housing cooperatives, and workers’ cooperatives such as forestry cooperatives). Data presentation is almost exclusively in tables and graphs.
