United States, Canada Air Quality Agreement : progress report. : En85-1/1E-PDF
"On March 13, 1991, Canada and the United States signed a bilateral Agreement on Air Quality. The Agreement provides the two countries with a practical and flexible instrument to deal with shared problems of transboundary air pollution. This document is being issued in fulfillment of the provisions in the Agreeement that call for a report on the progress in its implementation within a year of its entry into force. The next progress report is due in 1994, and reports will follow every two years thereafter."--Preface, P. 9 of 77.
