This series of research reports examines the role of the victim in the Canadian criminal justice system. Issues cover both broad thematic subjects on victim participation in the legal process, as well as specific topics, such as victim impact statements. Recommendations are based on research conducted through a variety of methods: interviews, focus groups, and surveys. Contains bibliography.
