Bulletin de terminologie 229. Préparé par le Comité d'uniformisation de la terminologie spatiale. La technologie du satellite de télédétection fait appel à un certain nombre de disciplines et de techniques modernes bien connues qui ont été profondément modifiées pour être appliquées à l'espace. Contient 700 termes universels et 350 abréviations du domaine de la télédétection qui se rapportent à RADARSAT et à d'autres engins spatiaux. Ce vocabulaire a été préparé en collaboration avec l'Agence spatiale canadienne et Spar Aérospatiale Limitée.
